This incredible EQ Profile (Emotional Intelligence) tool measures your internal experience under stress in relationship in the moment. The resulting report is intended to create awareness of aspects of your inner world that may otherwise be hidden to you.

You will be sent a short introductory video​ to watch and then you will want to set aside 45 minutes of uninterrupted time to complete the EQ Profile online. After completion of that, you will be sent a separate email with all the instructions of what to do when you are watching the videos that will give you your results. 

Once you’ve completed the EQ Profile, you will be contacted to review and debrief your results which will require about 90-120 minutes of your time.

This profile will help you recognize your patterns of thinking, feeling, and wanting that have been shaped in relationship early in life and over the course of our lives.  It helps us access all of that information evenly, objectively and with a bias toward relationship. 

It also reveals information that we may dial down and might miss in ourselves, and dial up and may get stuck in.
